Loved working with Mary - such an awesome Realtor who understands the very needs of her clients and always at the forefront of the latest updates and happenings in the market. Her knowledge of the real estate market especially in this difficult time is truly exceptional. I do appreciate the amount of time and effort Mary invested in ensuring we find our dream home, in our dream location and on top of that, at the right time. Given my experience working with Mary, I would recommend her to anyone looking to enter the Real Estate Market.

We had the pleasure of purchasing our first investment property with Mary last month. As first time investors who were not familiar with the area, we were so appreciative of Mary's professionalism, knowledge and expertise. She made the process so positive through her diligence, hard work and attention to detail. Mary was able to show us potential homes virtually and was always available to answer questions and share her insights. We feel very confident about our purchase and that is in large part due to her knowledge. We look forward to working with Mary again in the future.

Mary is very responsive and is great and staying in touch and keeping us up to date with the process of finding a tenant. We find Mary’s input into finding the right tenant very valuable and appreciate all her efforts.

Mary is an extremely competent efficient sales representative. We are ever so lucky to have Mary as our realtor.

I am happy working with you. You do your work at a very high professionalism. You are always fast in responding to my requests.

This the 2nd time we have had Mary as our rep. First to buy a home. Then we had her help us sell this one. I have already told a half dozen people looking for homes in the area to call Mary and we would have no problem telling anyone we know looking to use Mary. It was not only a pleasure to work with Mary but she has the expertise to do that extra 10 % to only impress you. Thank you Mary with another excellent job.

Mary was organized, patient and genuine. She walked us through multiple properties and was very knowledgeable about houses in the area and the quality of the home.

It's always a pleasure to work along with Mary, she is always on top of her job with probably the best answers to all questions and related problems. She is a very confident person and expresses herself as such. There is no question, she enjoys her work.

Great, Mary Del Ciancio was very supportive in helping us through each step.

Mary was our realtor when we purchased our new house. We had quite an adventure house hunting - from being showered in ants to going through dungy basements, Mary took it all in stride and kept to the utmost professionalism. You won’t regret choosing Mary as your realtor.

We recently were in the market to buy a new house and have to say that Mary Del Ciancio made the process go seemingly smooth. She listened to all our likes and dislikes. She worked tirelessly at finding us the perfect home. She was always readily available to us, never putting any pressure on us. She took us through houses that she felt was a good fit as well as getting us into houses that we requested to see. Mary was looking for the perfect house for us where we would be happy...and she found it. Mary did such a good job on finding our new home we decided that we would have Mary list our house to sell. She did not disappoint. Her knowledge, expertise and advice got our house SOLD. Mary Del Ciancio is now our go to Real Estate Agent. We highly recommend Mary Del Ciancio for all your real estate needs. Thanks for all your help Mary.

Mary was great! We had a lot of complicated issues and she was able to resolve and handle them with the utmost professionalism. I feel that she went above what would typically be required. I would highly recommend Mary and if the need arises would certainly use her services again.

Mary has helped us purchase and rent a property. She is very responsive, hard working and will do everything she can to meet and protect her clients interests. We enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her.

We are from out of province, and were looking to move to Kingsville. We were fortunate to have connected with Mary Del Ciancio to help us find our next home. It’s been many years since my husband and I purchased a home, and honestly weren’t quite sure what we were looking for. Mary was very patient and accommodating as we narrowed down our search. Mary did an exceptional job of providing answers to our many questions, and did not hesitate to reach out to other experts for answers when required. Mary’s professionalism and responsiveness makes her an exceptional Real Estate Agent; one that we highly recommend for your real estate needs. Thank you for being such an awesome agent, Mary!! YOU ROCK!!!

We are currently using Mary to buy our home and are very pleased to say the least. Mary is very responsive to any request that we have and understood our concerns while looking at various homes that we chose not to purchase. We did not feel any pressure to rush and pick a home as she made it very clear she wanted it to be right for our family. While putting an offer in our future home she represented us very well and we felt very satisfied knowing she did everything to ensure our requests were met. Feeling like you can trust your realtor is so important and we have felt this way throughout the process working with Mary. We highly recommend!

Mary was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I felt that my experience was incredibly positive as I was not familiar with the areas of Windsor and was not available to see many properties in person, but Mary walked us through the process and was always available to answer our questions and concerns.

Our experience was fantastic. You were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and patient with everything we asked! Every explanation of contracts was thorough and you made sure we were clear on everything. You also made yourself completely available to us during every stage of this purchase. Wonderful experience, start to finish.

Our experience with you was amazing. As first time homebuyers you took the time with us and explained everything. You made us feel so comfortable, we wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to help us with this experience. Thank you so much.
